Our Vintage Tree provides a tangy flavour and creamy texture which makes this cheese a fantastic choice to use on any cheeseboard. Containing calcium crystals, the strength of the cheddar is the perfect amount, with a creamy but delicate texture.

Our Smoked Tree is traditionally smoked on our farm for a minimum of 24 hours to create that depth of smokiness you can truly taste in our cheeses. The natural creaminess of our cheddar and smoking process is what enhances the taste to provide the best smoked cheddar to eat!
